Bajeevlp Rules & Terms — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the Bajeevlp platform ("we", "our") and its users ("you", "user"). These Terms apply to your use of the Bajeevlp website, mobile app, and all other digital services.

Bajeevlp reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

• These Terms apply to all betting, gaming, and promotional activities.
• Certain services may have their own specific terms, which apply alongside the general terms.
• In the event of any dispute, Bajeevlp's decision shall be considered final.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Bajeevlp, you must meet certain basic requirements. These conditions are in place to keep our platform safe and fair for everyone.

• You must be at least 18 years old. Opening or using an account by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account forfeiture.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone.
• Your account is strictly personal. Managing an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

You will need to provide an active mobile number during registration, as it is used for OTP verification and important notifications. Adding an email address provides an extra layer of security.

Betting Rules & Settlement

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Bajeevlp and are binding for every user without exception.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled unless Bajeevlp identifies a technical error.
• Bets are settled based on official results after the event concludes. Settlement may be delayed if a score is under appeal or review.
• Bets placed during live betting may not be accepted due to connection drops or delays.
• Bajeevlp reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded in accordance with our rules.

Bajeevlp reserves the right to reclaim any funds credited to an account due to a system error. Affected users will be notified in such cases.

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on Bajeevlp. All payments are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits, though verification may be required for larger amounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.
• Transactions may be temporarily held for review to prevent money laundering.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made from the same account. Payments in a third party's name are not accepted.

Bajeevlp is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment gateway. That said, we always strive to process transactions as quickly as possible. If you experience any payment issues, please contact our support team immediately.

Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

Bajeevlp regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, though the general rules below apply to all offers.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal.
• The welcome bonus applies to first deposits only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus cashout typically requires a 10–30x wagering requirement to be met. Specific terms for each offer will be listed in that offer's details.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Bajeevlp reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

For referral bonuses, the referrer receives the bonus once the referred person completes their first deposit and bet. Using referrals to create multiple accounts for yourself or fake accounts for others to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities & Conduct

All Bajeevlp users must refrain from the activities listed below. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Placing bets on match-fixed or pre-determined outcomes.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Attempting to claim bonuses or benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to breach platform security or tamper with its software.
• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Behaving disrespectfully toward platform staff.
• Operating an account using a third party's identity.

If any of the above activities are detected, Bajeevlp reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice. Legal action may be taken in serious cases.

Account Closure & Restrictions

Bajeevlp reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• In cases of terms violation.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• After an extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).

If there is a valid balance in your account at the time of closure, it will generally be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited. Contact support for more details.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Voluntarily closing your account will result in any valid balance being returned to you.

Limitation of Liability & Miscellaneous

Bajeevlp accepts no liability, or limited liability, for the following.

• Bets lost or missed due to internet connectivity issues.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Service interruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
• Any loss resulting from a user sharing their account credentials with others.
• Any financial losses resulting from betting — all bets are placed at the user's own discretion.

Bajeevlp is always working to improve its services; however, technical issues may occasionally cause disruptions. In such cases, we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
